My request falls outside of your four areas of focus, can I still apply?
To help focus The Home Depot's charitable contributions and truly make an impact in the community, only those requests that fit within the four focus areas outlined below and are registered charitable organizations and registered non-profits will be considered for funding.
4 areas of focus for charitable giving:
Affordable/Transitional Housing
Environment
Community Play Spaces
Disaster Response
My request does fall within your four areas but was declined, why?
The Home Depot receives many more applications that it can fund, and even though your request may be in one of our focus areas, the funds may not be available at the time. We suggest you apply again in the following year.
