  • What are the main differences between the two Home Depot® Commercial Credit Accounts?

    The Home Depot® Commercial Revolving Card (CRC) gives small-to-medium businesses the flexibility to carry balances.

    The Home Depot® Commercial Account gives businesses that pay by invoice, or companies with different locations, an easy way to manage credit. Payment is due in full each month.

    • Customized purchase tracking options through the use of purchase orders, job name, job number or buyer's name
  • How can I apply?

    Visit the Pro Desk at your local Home Depot store to apply.

    You can also apply online and receive an answer in as little as 45 seconds. Please note that omitting requested items may delay processing. For your protection, your application information will be encrypted. The application is subject to credit approval.

  • When is a co-applicant required?

    A co-applicant is required if a commercial credit bureau is not found, or if it is insufficient and the company has not been in business for at least two years. An exception may be made for an applicant that is a subsidiary of an established company that meets underwriting criteria. A business owner can be the co-applicant.

  • Can I track my purchases with The Home Depot® Commercial Revolving Card or The Home Depot® Commercial Account?

    Yes, all purchases made on your Home Depot® Commercial Revolving Card or Home Depot® Commercial Account are itemized on your monthly billing statement. You can also track purchases by purchase order, job name, job number or buyer name — the choice is yours.

    • View and download statements dated within the last 12 months

    The Home Depot® does not offer discounts on The Home Depot® Commercial Revolving Card or The Home Depot® Commercial Account. However, Contractor Plus members can collect reward points redeemable for Home Depot Gift Cards.

    Commercial Revolving Card (CRC) Customers:

    Commercial Account Customers:
    You can fax your authorized buyer changes on company letterhead to Home Depot Credit Services at 1-800-914-7398, call 1-888-308-5080 or request through Home Depot Account Online.

  • How do I request a credit limit increase?

    Commercial Revolving Card (CRC) Customers:
    You may request a credit limit increase by contacting Home Depot Credit Services at 1-800-668-5336 or through Home Depot Account Online.

    Commercial Account Customers:
    You may request a credit limit increase by contacting Home Depot Credit Services at 1-888-308-5080 or through Home Depot Account Online.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can make your payment by mail, at your local store, or through your financial institution.

    The Home Depot® stores can accept payments made in cash or by cheque. To ensure correct processing, please bring your account number or statement to the store. Click here to find the store nearest you.

  • What should I do if my payment has not been applied to my account?

    If your payment was made by mail, please allow 10 days from the mailing date for your payment to appear on your account. If your cheque has been cashed and does not appear on your statement, please mail or fax a copy of the cheque, front and back, to:

  • What should I do if the payment applied to my account is incorrect?
