Warranty Information
All parts, excluding vinyl flaps, are covered under warranty for 2 years, and labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Vinyl flaps are warranted for one (1) year. Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered. PetSafe 800-732-2677
