Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t work Trekked to home depot after car wouldn’t start on a frigid morning. Staff were very helpful as always, but this product sucks. LED lights are confusing as per other poor review (no light after you unplug/turn it on) and the unit is just too weak - for my 4 cylinder car! Bringing it back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Jump started my car twice, but connected the negative lead from the Jump Starter to the negative contact of my car's battery both times. Manufacturer recommends checking with your car maker before trying this because of sophisticated and delicate computer systems in newer cars. The second time, my car had been idle in frigid weather for a week and a half!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Junk. Never worked. 1. Strike 1. Poorly documented. Says to charge until all lights are lit.. but I only see all three lights or just the one red light.. never half way. 2. Strike 2. Couldn't charge all the way. I would leave it charging, a few hours later, I'd see the green lights show up, I'd walk away and come back ready to unplug it and the green leds would be off leaving only the red led indicating low charge. What is that supposed to mean? 3. Strike 3. When I did leave it charging for over 24 hours I tried it on a dead minivan battery and the engine would simply not turn over. In other words, this piece of garbage couldn't do anything it was intended to do. The only thing you could use it for was an oversized usb charger. Don't get this, it's a waste of money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works if you use it properly I jump started a 4 cylinder car that had the battery die after leaving the lights on for an hour. If you follow the instructions of + charger clip to + battery terminal and - charger clip to metal grounding of car the charger will not work. It's not strong enough. You need to do + to + and - to - battery terminal and then it'll work. I'll test the unit over the next few months to see if it can hold a charge longer than 30 days. The manual says to recharge very 30 days which seems excessive to me considering there is battery charge level meter on the unit. If it still shows full after 30 days I see no point in recharging it, but time will tell. I don't know either how it'll work on a larger battery or on a cold night (I used it during a spring day at 9 degrees)
