The instructions say not to use it without an altitude conversion. So I'm waiting on a Briggs dealer to order in parts..I'm bummed. Would have been nice to know to order parts when I ordered the generator

Works well is a little louder than I expected. I also noticed if you have a weight or something on the gas lid their is less vibration and it is quieter. It will work well for what I use it for.

But event with the adapter to hook two of them together it still will not pull a small suitcase welder and one by itself has a hard time pulling power tools.

I have an RV with 30amp service so I would have to use a plug converter. Will this unit run my air conditioning? Will this run in parallel?

    Asked by: GPBayles
Yes, it can parallel with a P3000, or another P2200 generator. Ref running your air conditioner, it depends on the power requirements of air conditioning unit and if other loads are drawing power at the same time. P2200 is rated as 1700 Watts "running". It can handle 2200 Watts "momentarily".

My furnace is connected to a 15A breaker on the main panel, Can I assume this 2200W/17000W unit would be able to run the blower without problem?
