Leviton's IPV02/IPS02 Universal Vacancy and Occupancy Sensors combine state-of-the-art technology with new aesthetics to provide optimal management of lighting and motor loads and a choice of either Manual-ON (Vacancy Sensor) or Automatic-ON (Occupancy Sensor) switching. These energy-saving sensors are engineered to control current LED, CFL, Electronic and Magnetic Low Voltage and incandescent loads and ensure that lights/motors will turn ON manually (vacancy) or automatically (occupancy) and turn OFF automatically when motion is no longer detected within the covered range. All models have screw terminals for easy installation and do not require a neutral wire for connection. The devices feature a time delay setting which allows users the option to delay the lights/motor load from switching off for 30 seconds, 5 minutes, 15 minutes or 30 minutes.
- 180 degree field-of-view provides approximately 900 square feet of coverage suitable for bathrooms, basements, garages, utility rooms and a variety of other residential areas

Customer ReviewsDecora IllumaTech universal occupancy/motion detector, 2 pack is rated out of 5 by 6.Rated 4 out of 5 by Claymore from A Great Convenience for Almost Any Room I bought these for a laundry room and a bedroom closet and have been thrilled to have them. When I enter a room with my arms filled with bags and packages, the last thing I want to do is struggle to turn on the light. I had my electrician install the plugs but they are adjustable by anyone. Which leads me to the cons: 1. The time increments are 30 sec, 5 minutes, 10 min., 15 min. I really, really want more choices in the lower number (e.g., 1 minute, 2 minutes). 2. The sensor works on a 180 degree field. The light switch in my laundry room is right by a doorway. In order to prevent the light from coming on when I'm walking past the laundry room, I had to affix a piece of cardboard over half the sensor to prevent it from detecting that movement. It worked great but it would be nice if the manufacturer provided some way of adjusting the sensor field.Date published: 2018-02-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Experienced from Works Great for me Not sure why other reviewers have issues with these. I bought this 2 pack and installed one to control a 2 X 2 LED troffer in my laundry room and the other controls 4 - 4" LED PAR20 pot lights in my back entry. You have to make sure the line supply is connected to the right screw but other than that installation and setup was simple. Both work perfectly, no false on, no issues. It's been a month now and I am happy so far. Will see how they last.Date published: 2017-04-06Rated 1 out of 5 by YHZTbird from Waste of My Time Similar to the other reviewer, this motion sensor did not work with my LED lights. I am very familiar with electrical wiring and knew this was the right sensor configuration for my situation (no neutral wire at the switch box.). An hour of my life I am not getting back; thanks Leviton!Date published: 2016-07-09Rated 5 out of 5 by RenoDan from Works for me. I have installed 1 so far to a twin 4ft fluorescent strip light in my laundry room. After hooking up the wires (including a ground as indicated), adjusting the light level and time lapse, it works like a charm. With the Energy Star coupon I had, it was definitely an excellent value!Date published: 2016-03-28Rated 1 out of 5 by BobbyTheTech from Very poor noise immunity Recently purchased the 2 pack, (Should of checked reviews first!) These units are very susceptible to line noise and frequently false causing the light to turn on and even continue to toggle themselves on and off due to their own switch noise.Date published: 2016-02-05Rated 2 out of 5 by Whitealleycat from Issues with LED bulbs I purchased two of these and had quite the time with them. I installed one in my furnace room and found I had to use the Philips Dimmable Slim bulbs for it to work. I tried the Philips LED 60w (non-dimmable) and they would not go off. They dimmed to about half but did not go completely off. If the company says they are for LED, then they should work with LEDs. Other than that, they were easy to install and sense motion as they should. It is very painful when inferior products that don't work properly waste all my time as I have to spend hours figuring out why.Date published: 2015-07-20
