Dock Light Solar, with cleat and Solar Light, mounted with a sturdy galvanized steel plate, housed inside the 12" colonial style vinyl pillar. No wires, solar light illuminates cleat and dock, without shining in your eyes. Cleat is functional and great for tying up vessels under 5000lbs
