The Fixed Curb Mount skylight is the preferred skylight mount for any type of roof, primarily for use on tile, shingle or wood shake roofs. Recommended by roofing professionals as the optimum choice for long lasting, trouble free installation. Designed to withstand Canada's harshest climates. • Features advanced LoE3 clear coating, allowing 65% Visible Light Transmission. Blocks 95% of harmful UV rays.

• Maintenance free, thermally broken white vinyl base frame with large capacity, four sided condensation channel built in
• Fits OUTSIDE curb dimension of 25.5 in x 25.5 in. Mounts from the outside through pre-drilled holes in aluminum frame. Other standard and custom sizes available. See store for details
• Requires aluminum flashing kit. Model FKCM28B - available online or instore. Use of Columbia's Roofing Underlayment highly recommended to ensure optimal weather tight seal. Available online.
