Made in Canada since 1955...The Columbia Fixed Self Flashing LoE3 Neat glass skylight naturally cleans glass. Harnesses the sun’s UV rays to loosen dirt so water can rinse it away, leaving windows virtually spotless. Designed for the do-it-yourselfer with built in white vinyl curb and flashing saving you time and money. Provides the ideal balance of solar heat gain control and visible light transmission. Minimum 3:12 roof pitch is MANDATORY. VSF & OVSF models ONLY AVAILABLE IN Eastern Canada (ONT, QC & Maritimes)

• No flashing kit or wood curb required.
• LoE3 Neat glass provides 61% visible light transmission. Works even on cloudy days, as 80% of UV radiation gets through cloud cover.
• The titanium dioxide layer of Neat glass reacts chemically with the sun’s UV rays and causes organic materials that are on the glass to decompose.
• Maintenance free, thermally broken white vinyl base frame with large capacity, four sided condensation channel built in
