Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience I have not have this oven long, I already didn't like the fact I can't read the panel because it's so dark, but the oven LOCKS without even touching the lock button and WILL NOT UNLOCK! I have potatoes in there that will probably rot. I am very unhappy about the lock button not responding. I want someone out here to fix this problem. I called the 877 number but no one there to help with the problem because they are closed. So aggravated!!!!!!i

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked for ONLY 2 hrs. DEAD after that. Install was good as this is one of the only ovens that fit my cabinets. I did the manufacture suggested burn-in for 2 hours at Maximum Temp as the instructions suggest. That worked fine. Set clock and then didn't use oven for a day. Next day clock & panel blank. Called warranty people in - major hassle as this is an oven manufactured in 2015 but sold to me in 2018 - so Haier Canada (bought by GE) doesn't service them because of its age (old stock on Home Depot's shelves) so I had to call Haier America and got finger pointing back to Canada - then eventually Haier America agreed to send someone in locally, who discovered this unit had a dead circuitboard and dead front panel. Too expensive to repair - and Haier could not get me another one from Home Depot because it was Haier America. So they sent me a cheque for the price of the oven which took 3 weeks. And now I have a huge brand new looking paperweight in my kitchen which I will have to pay a Haul-Away fee when I get my new oven in its place. I never actually got to even cook with this oven. It died within a day of install after the test heat up. It looks nice and the features *seem* great on paper. But I wouldn't recommend unless you have no other choice for the size of your cabinetry and don't like the few other options (some of which are really expensive for this size). Do NOT buy.

The only thing I think would be a good addition would be a thermometer that tells you the ongoing temperature inside the oven. I don't know if other ovens offer that but it makes sense to me.

Lots of variations for standard conventional cooking - conventional with convection also covection only , broil & convection , normal & Euro convection - on and on. Lots of options to cook any way you want. Two easy to change lights inside makes viewing excellent. Door needs some dampening as it opens freely and almost too effortlessly . Front of oven stays warm - not hot , no burns from touching the edges or anything. Oven has a 2nd fan than runs to cool down oven after its shut off for safety. Easy to read display. A few buttons control lots of options. A bit confusing at first , but the manual was easy to read and the display makes it self explanitory to what is going on in the oven. Oven must be installed perfectly level or door swings open or closed on its own unless its latched closed. The install dimensions are about a 1/8" bigger than most 24" ovens , so be prepared for slight modifications to the opening if your replacing an exhisting 24" oven. We had to slightly enlarge the brick opening on our install - it was worth the extra effort for this oven. Overall a very nice Oven . Good looking and so far and works perfect - cooks food evenly and precisely . Lots of factory included rack positions & options. Easy to clean . The fact that the door opens to the side means that you can access the back of the oven easily if you don't have a long reach. We have had this oven for about a month now and are pleased with its operation.

This is a great option for an additional oven when you have a gas range. Since over the range microwaves are out of style and are generally about the same width, stacking one with this in a cabinet is perfect. For convection cooking an electric oven is required, but a gas oven is far less expensive to run. This size is perfect for baking and in much less time than a traditional oven. I live in California, so much of the time it is too warm to want an oven heating the house so these features are perfect for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Single Electric Wall Oven with True European Convection It took me a while to install this not because of difficulty of the install itself, but because since this is european design, it is smaller than standard older American ovens. Like many once the oven is in place there is a large gap on top of about eight or so inches. What I did was wire the oven. Fix the oven to where it would be permanently. Then took a cabinet door off its hinges and went to a couple of cabinet makers locally. I had them match the color and make a wood section to affix over the hole. The sides of the wood were routed and finished so all I had to do is tack and glue. Works perfectly and looks great. Makes the kitchen look modern in a forty plus year old house.
