The Huron Sauna is constructed from the finest western red cedar. Infra-Red heaters direct FAR infra-red waves at your skin, which heat your body, but not the air around it so much ... This means that the elements consume far less power, because they not only heat the body directly, but also do not need to be turned on for a long time before bathing commences.
