Uses include: home, farm, industrial and construction applications. Applications include: repairing road surfaces, removing paint, burning brush & weeds, melting snow and ice, heating frozen pipes, roof repairs and much more. Features: Up to 500,000 BTU Output- most competitive units only offer up to 300,000 BTU’s. Safety Lever- shuts off gas if lever is released. This is a great safety feature that comes standard on our unit. Competitive products require you to buy this lever separately. Excess flow safety valve- prevents torch from operating if there is an excess gas flow problem. Brass Valve for flame adjustment- offers superior durability and long life. 10’ LP (liquid propane- same propane that you use for your BBQ) Gas hose- CSA approved. Lightweight torch head- extremely strong yet lightweight steel ensures easier operation than Heavy Cast Iron competitors. Long Plastic handle cover- minimizes heat transfer to user during operation. Most competitors have either a very small handle cover or no cover at all
