Rated 2 out of 5 by from Specs in Question I have had the product for over six weeks and used it multiple times. This does not appear to be a 3300PSI - 2.7 GPM unit. The pump supplied is a RCV 3G27 (3 GPM and 2700PSI from AR website). I sent several emails to Powerplay requesting an explanation with no results. A call to AR confirmed that the pump may be able to operate for a short time at the Powerplay specified level but the pump is not rated for continuous use at this PSI level. I added an in line pressure gauge to confirm operating pressures. When the trigger was released the pressure only reached 3100 PSI with the unloader set at maximum (as delivered). At full engine speed the in line pressure was measured to be 2550PSI with a 3.0 nozzle (as delivered). The water supplied would be 2.4GPM using the Nozzle Charts. I changed the 3.0 nozzles to 4.0 to operate the pump at 3GPM (from Nozzle Charts) with the measured 2150 PSI in line pressure. This allowed the unloader to be adjusted to kick in at 2500PSI to protect the pump. Once using the pressure washer other issues were found and resolved. They were: - the site glass for the pump is hidden behind the front plate so you can not inspect the fluid level or colour should a seal leak (daily check) occur. I cut a hole in the front plate to make the glass visible while mechanically still protecting the pump and unloader. - the balance of the machine was too far forward making it difficult to push on rough terrain. I turned the handle around for better balance. - the hose is only rated for 3400PSI when delivered on a unit speced at 3300PSI. - the water inlet connection is difficult to connect. I reused a water hose quick disconnect from a previous washer. This greatly simplified water connections. - the soap tank does not have a shutoff or variable valve so any low pressure operation empties the soap container very quickly. This also does not allow the black nozzle to be used for low pressure wash down. I added a valve in the soap injector line to correct this. - the engine is difficult to start when cold or when the hose pressure is released (unloader not open). Holding the trigger open while starting helped the starting. - the engine sometimes backfires when trigger is released at full speed. Run engine at a slightly slower speed reduced the number of backfires. I have decided to keep the unit. The modifications required to do the jobs I need are a nuisance but relatively minor. It has a good frame, engine and pump with replacement parts available down the road. The lack of replacement parts sent my previous washer to the scrap metal yard. There is no pulsating of the water pressure even at lower engine speeds and the larger nozzles produce higher GPM to wash the items that I need cleaned. I am unhappy about the ratings assigned to the washer by the manufacture but hope that by operating the washer at the proper pump specification levels I should get a long and trouble ownership. You can probably find a Honda motor and AR pump with equally good specs from other manufactures.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It should have been better I ordered this item on line and it was delivered promptly. I made sure to follow the directions carefully and ensured my oil level was where it should be given all the warnings to this point. It went together easily and looked great. I carefully read the instructions on how to start it. I tried for nearly an hour going back and forth to the manual and still I could not get this Honda motor started. I gave up and called the support line, no one there. I sent an email and got a great response. Tech called me next day and with his help got it started. But while on the phone with the tech I left the machine running with partial choke on and it died. I was never able to get it running again, even with more tech support. I was instructed to remove the spark plug and a few other things in case it flooded, but still no go. Likely a problem with the fuel system was the final determination so I had to return it. The company was very willing to support and suggested I take it to a Honda Service depot. I just returned it. If it cannot run in the first few days without service I likely have a lemon. They simply don't make these small engines easy to operate. Likely a result of all the government EPA regulations is my guess. I pride myself on being hand but it still wasn't enough.
