It stores in a relatively small area and can be set up and stored away easily by a single person. I am quite pleased with it and expect it to fill my needs for years to come.

I've done 2 home projects with the saw and the factory blade has done very well with cutting 1/4" OSB boards. It also did fine with pine 2x4s. I bought the saw on sale right after Christmas and never got it put together until last week. I bent the heck out of the frame trying to put it together because the instructions were vague and misleading. I had a heck of a time putting the anti-kick blade on also. It probably took 3 or 4 hours to get the saw operational. That was my entire first day of work on my garage. Thanks! If you can find this saw for the right price then watch the YouTube video of the guy who screwed everything up putting it together, like I did.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Entry level tool This is not a bad place to start if you’re a weekend hobbyist buying your first table saw. But if you want to get serious and you’re looking for quality results, you’ll soon be investing in something more substantial and better built. The most aggrevating flaw is in the height/bevel wheel and the lock lever. The wheel

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it does what it's supposed to. It took me a while to figure out why the blade wouldn't square up to the table, and I finally got it sorted out. But the fence WILL NOT stay square. I can't get it to lock down and stay square, and the riving knife refuses to stay aligned with the blade. it works well for ripping sheet goods, where I can still force a roughly square cut, but I will have to trade up to a better saw at some point to accommodate the finer cuts.

The manual could be better in explaining assembly, particularly the Quick Stand table. It only works if everything is assembled correctly or the saw won't fit. It has small arrows that have to be oriented the correct way or the stand will not work. The manual is just a little unclear on this. Once assembled, saw is very stable and factory set up is just about perfect as far as being square and straight. Would definately recomend this saw.

I have only used this for a test cut once but I seemed to be true and square....looking forward to using it for real project soon. I got this primary for the table expansion to 27 in rip cut on right side allowing for larger pieces and still have use of the fence.

Great product - I almost bought from Craigslist but while looking at the product and seeing what it provides, warranty and such I opted to buy one new for warranty and all included items. It is my BEST tool and makes what I am doing so much easier - I can even buy 1 x 4 s when home depot has no acceptable selection and rip them down to have straight 1 x 2s - wonderful with great safety features - a great buy for the money

Hi Greg, The blade is not covered for safety reasons. Unfortunately, there is no protective shield you can put underneath the 10 in. Portable Table Saw with Quick Stand.

can you use a dado stack

can you use a dado stack and if you can what size?
    Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, you can use a dado stacking blade on this table saw, but there are certain restrictions that must be followed, for safety considerations. The thickness of the dado blade is NOT to exceed 5/8". To use any dado blade, the stock metal blade guard needs to be replaced with zero clearance guards. I made a complete set with 1/4" thick hardboard. The user manual states that a 6" dado blade is best, but I use a 8" Freud set (Model # SD208) & it works just fine. DO NOT go over a 5/8" cut. The arbor bolt length will not allow for thicker cuts. When using the dado blade, completely remove the riving knife. Do not use older "wobble or dial the thickness" dado blades, besides being junk, they will destroy the arbor bearings very quickly. Hope this helps, Cheers
