I drilled one hole in concrete, it worked fine I expect that for concrete it will work well, but the false advertising gets a one from me.Date published: 2019-03-05Rated 2 out of 5 by Connor from Underwhelming Bought this today to remove 200 square feet of marble and ceramic. While it did an ok job with the ceramic (just ok, still was a lot of effort) marble was impossible. Took about 5 minutes just to get a chip away. Unit over heated, then went right back into the box. If your doing anything other than thin ceramic, save yourself the time and effort and go to the rental center to get a real Rotary hammer. While I can see this being great for drilling, it's chisel function is a joke. Not an anti Ryobi guy, I have about 15 tools from their collection with no complaints. This tool though, is a waste of money. You get what you pay for.Date published: 2019-03-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Contractor from Great tool ... Does anyone know if this has the power to drill into granite rock? I would like to use expanding compound poured into a series of 1.5" holes to break away chunks of the rock for removal.Hello there, It's a bit small for that application. You should use 1 and 9/16 sds and should use a core bit. Thank you, The Ryobi Team.Date published: 2018-02-15
