Novanni Stainless Inc. will, at its option, replace, without charge, such a product if it fails due to a manufacturing defect that occurs during normal residential use. Product replacement does not include transportation cost or labour installation cost. Through the use of your sink, scratches will occur over time. Scratches that occur during use of the sink are not a material defect and are not covered under this warranty.
