If you have a darker piece of granite, this sink makes it look like something from an upscale hotel room. There were two reasons as to why a fifth star was not given, and they were solely involving features. First, there is no overflow. I did not want one, but I'm sure many others do, and should be aware of that. Second involved the lip depth of the drain hole. Most sinks have deep enough drain lips that can accommodate drain valve flanges and gaskets and putty, and still stay below, or at least flushed, with the bowl line. This one is shallow, however, so keep that in mind when selecting your valve. You may not be able to use putty, and even remove the rubber/silicone gasket from unit and merely apply a bead of silicone caulk, otherwise the unit cannot sit flush and there would always be a little undrained water in the bowl. However, I just caulked it, and no issue thus far. But this sink is well made, unique and makes a statement. Very nice.Date published: 2018-12-26Rated 5 out of 5 by Sandy from Looks good... The faucet I had purchased had an overflow drain that I had to replace at an additional cost. All faucets come with an overflow automatically. Just needs to come with some adaptions.Date published: 2018-04-03Rated 5 out of 5 by DB from Gave the finished look with bronze faucets I was looking for. Under mounted to a granite top whic... Gave the finished look with bronze faucets I was looking for. Under mounted to a granite top which already had the oval opening. This size matched close to the stock sink that the vanity ordered online from Home Depot. The vanity came with a white sink. The copper sink didn't come with any under mount hardware, but the vanity did.Date published: 2017-04-16
