Customer ReviewsViva Black Top Load Water Cooler , Digital Display And True Refrigerated Bottom Wine Cooler. is rated out of 5 by 2.Rated 5 out of 5 by bbannner from Fantastic cooler and wine chiller! I had read other reviews of this model and was ready to be disappointed by this cooler. But i decided to give it a shot anyway (making sure i kept my receipt). It's been about a year and I am pleasantly surprised. Cooler was a breeze to set up. Took about 10 mins. Works exactly as advertised. Best of all, this is one of the best looking water coolers I've ever owned. It's pretty tall and the exterior just looks classy. The light inside the chiller area is a nice touch. Its a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Great machine!Date published: 2015-11-19Rated 1 out of 5 by Dissatisfied from Piece of junk We tried three different models; the first one had a catastrophic leak, dumping the whole 5 gallon bottle into our carpet (in an upstairs location) thereby soaking the floor (and ceiling below). We tried another one, this time with a tray and not in it's final location upstairs. This one leaked into the refrigerator compartment, about 1/4 cup a day...so we tried number three...which leaked the same into the refrigerator compartment and didn't cool beverages? Too bad, because it's a nice looking unit; just doesn't work!Date published: 2014-11-12
