To remove wallpaper, you'll need a few tools and supplies. The wallpaper scoring tool will help score along the edges of the wallpaper so that you won't have to use a blade. A wallpaper stripper is another tool that will remove the top layer of paper without damaging the wall. It's also advisable to use a dust mask when using this or any other removal tool, as well as protective gloves. Wallpaper scrapers are also handy for reaching areas that may be hard for your hands alone to get.

Wallpaper Remover

Wallpaper remover is a solution used to help break down the adhesive in the paste holding the wallpaper up. It's usually best to start with a small section of approximately 3 square feet to test. The amount needed to complete the job will vary depending on the paste used, etc. 

Wallpaper Steamer

A wallpaper steamer is a tool used to remove wallpaper. It is essentially a steamer that will help soften the glue and other materials in the wallpaper, allowing it to be scraped off with a wallpaper scraper. Some people use a wallpaper steamer with a spray bottle, but most steamers come with their boiler. Wallpaper steamers come in handy when removing old wallpaper that has been hanging for some time.
