This year, he’s back and is accompanied by some truly innovative friends, including a 6.5-ft LED app-controlled Ultra Skelly with five pre-set recordings and the option to create 30-second recordings of your own through the app with different voices.

“Skelly isn’t just a decoration—he’s a movement.”, said Hartmann. “He’s inspired a whole generation of Halloween lovers to think bigger and bolder.”
