Orange Door Awards

Incorporating the voices of youth with lived experience is an important component of putting an end to homelessness. Recently The Home Depot Canada Foundation partnered with the Social Planning and Research Council in Hamilton, ON to work with youth from the Street Youth Planning Collaborative. This advisory group was mobilized to help inform the direction of funding decisions for The Orange Door Awards program.

The Orange Door Award recognizes non-profit organizations that include the voice of youth with lived experience to inform their programming. The funding awarded through this grant will assist in supporting and growing this work across Canada.

Orange Door Project Campaign

100% of funds raised through the Orange Door Project Campaign support local youth serving charities.
