It also helps expedite any time-sensitive projects since there’s no need for you to find and pay for your product(s); when you arrive at the store everything will be ready for you at the Special Services desk.
Product Exclusions Include (but are not limited to): live goods, special order products, reconditioned products, cut products, nuts ‘n bolts, appliances, assembled options, custom SKUs, mixed paint, special offers with limited inventory, products that are exclusively available for direct-to-home delivery.

In-Store Pick-Ups are not valid at Garden Centres or with Garden Centre-only stores during Statutory/Civic holidays.
Most orders will be ready for pick-up within two hours from the time the order was placed. Some orders may take longer due to inventory and/or availability, and store hours. Please wait for your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email before visiting the store for order pick-up.
Most items will be ready for in-store pick-up within two hours of the time you place your order on homedepot.ca. However, if for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, a store associate may need to reach you directly to provide additional information about your order.
You will receive two (2) separate email communications from The Home Depot. After you receive your initial Order Confirmation Notification, you will receive an In-Store Order Pick-up Notification letting you know your order is ready along with pick-up instructions. You'll need to bring the In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email with you to The Home Depot to pick up your order.
Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up your order at the Special Services desk.

For your protection, at this time, you are the only person eligible to pick-up your order. We are exploring options to allow a pre-authorized pick-up person in the near future. You will need to bring the following to the store:
Your order will be available for in-store pick-up for seven (7) days from the date the order is ready. For your protection, if your complete order is not picked up within this timeframe, we'll cancel the order and issue a refund based on the original form of payment.
Currently, this service is only available at certain store locations and for select products. Click the 'Check Store Inventory' button underneath the price on the product information page to check if the product is available for pick-up at your local store. You may also change your delivery method to Pick Up In-Store from within the cart when available.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order, but if you need to cancel any item(s), let us know. For your convenience, you can cancel items by contacting the Home Depot store location that you selected for your In-Store Pick-up. You can find the contact information for your Pick-up Store in your Order Confirmation email.
To return any item(s), simply bring your order receipt to any Home Depot store location. Please refer to The Home Depot's current return policy for details.

Bring the item(s) with a copy of your shipping confirmation email to your local The Home Depot store for credit to your original tender or a The Home Depot store credit. Online returns can also be made by calling 1-800-628-0525 within 90 days of purchase. We'll arrange for your item to be picked up and returned, as well as provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
