Tile Installation Process
1 Select your New Tile
When you visit a store, an associate will show you the range of options in tile and help you find the perfect style. If you bring along approximate measurements of the room or areas involved, the associate can also give you a rough cost estimate for the project.
2 In-Home Measurement
After you arrange an in-home consultation at a convenient time, your Installation Services Professional will visit you in your home to evaluate the area where your new tile will be installed and take necessary measurements.
3 Professional Installation & Inspection
A suitable time will be scheduled for your tile installation to take place. Your Installation Services Professional will remove any existing tile or flooring necessary, make any repairs required and prep the surfaces (additional charges may apply), and install your new tile — all the while maintaining a safe work site and ensuring a thorough cleanup. Once the installation is complete, your installer will meet with you to perform a final inspection and confirm your satisfaction.
