Keeping your equipment in tip-top shape also nets savings in energy bills, not to mention reductions in your home’s carbon footprint.
The Home Depot offers a range of Installation Services to increase the energy-efficiency and comfort level of your home. At a pre-scheduled time of your convenience, The Home Depot consultant will come to your home and for a designated fee will complete a diagnostic test on the equipment in need of repair. To help make a thorough assessment, they will ask various questions pertaining to the current working status of the system and its repair history, what you perceive the problem to be, how long there’s been a service issue etc. During this visit, the consultant will provide you with a written proposal with recommendations for repair services, an estimate for the work required and will discuss the payment options available. If a replacement is suggested, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from your purchase.
A suitable time will be scheduled for your heating and/or cooling repair service to take place. At this time, your installation services professional will come to your home to complete the repair work and get your system up and running as soon as possible. Throughout the project, they will maintain a safe work site and ensure a thorough cleanup.
Before departing, The Home Depot service professional will conduct an audit to ensure optimal operation of your existing unit. Once the repair work is executed, your installer will meet with you to perform a final inspection and ensure your satisfaction with the completed service.
