Here are some recommendations for practicing safe social distancing and other proactive measures you can take to help keep you and your customers safe.

1 Interacting with Customers

✔    Use virtual consultations whenever possible to connect with customers. 

✔    Call customers ahead of their appointment to confirm when you will arrive at their home and explain the steps you are taking to keep them safe while you are on-site.

2 Maintaining a Safe Work Environment

✔    Try to maintain a 6-foot distance between yourself and customers.

✔    Please use PPE and wash your hands before and after each job.

    Wear gloves and other personal protective equipment where applicable.

    Limit the number of Pros on a jobsite and keep a safe distance from one another when possible.

✔    Thoroughly wipe down jobsites on a daily basis or as work is completed.

✔    Limit the need for customers to touch your equipment or samples, such as your mobile device, and do not make physical contact while in the home.

3 Collecting Payment

✔    Use a virtual approval process via email, text or video call. 

    When accepting customer payments, use digital means when possible so customers can input or approve with their own devices.
