\n \n\n \n The largest countersink in the set is #12 and the cutting diameter is .430 so it will not cut a 1/2 inch diameter hole.\n

\n

\n \n what size are the bits i need 1/2\n

\n \n\n \n The bits are sized for #6, #8, #10 and #12 screws. I'm afraid they don't go to 1/2" if that's what you're after, but Ryobi does make two countersink bits with the same quickload shank as these. They come in 5/8 and 3/4" diameters, either one could do a 1/2" countersink just fine.\n

\n \n ## \n do you sell replacement bits for the Ryobi or the DeWalt countersink setups\n

\n

\n \n \n

\n \n\n \n Thank you for asking, Barracudas. Not all bits are sold as individuals. Please check at Home Depot for any available bits. I hope this helps and we appreciate your interest in Ryobi! -Keri\n

One caution though Dash it burnt up quickly when using it on soft metal. Yes, I understand it was intended to use on wood. But I figured I could use it a few times on soft metal. And it worked for a while. But then the bit burnt up. So again overall very very good quality. I’m very happy with this product. But understand if you plan on using it incorrectly (as I have) that the bit may burn up after 10 or 12 usages.\n

Over time 3 of the 4 drill bits snapped where they meet the countersink - probably because the bit and countersink are not truly concentric. That's fine for the cost.
