I like that it is two separate units with the larger items in the bottom and the smaller items in the upper box. The locking handles are not as easy closing as I would like. They can be difficult to close. Overall it’s a good box for the price. It Dan just be a little finicky.\n

The to...\n Great for DIYers with a growing set of tools, but not enough to justify getting a cabinet. The top case stores two drill sized power tools (I have a oscillating tool and a corded drill), and then in the bottom "bucket" I have the rest of my loose tools (hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers and whatnot). As with all tool cases, it's dead weight and will get heavy the more you put in it. Besides that, I can't think of too much to complain about. If you have a couple of small power tools and a bunch of other random tools, this should do it for you.\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 5 out of\n 5\n by\n NeilN from\n Versatile Storage\n I've bought 14 of these and turned them into "kits" for different sets of tools, batteries and chargers. One modification I made on each was to attach 3" stainless steel hinges on the back. This permits the upper half to hinge open without mixing tops & bottoms. Only change I would make to these would be to have the front angled space, right below the DeWalt label, completely smooth - no texture. This would help to keep adhesive labels attached better & longer. These storage units are easy to carry, can hold quite a load of weight, and stack easily. I do plan on purchasing more ... so DeWalt, don't get rid of these any time soon!!!\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 5 out of\n 5\n by\n WAT3RDOG from\n awesome box for everything.\n I was walking past it in the store and it's perfect for 2 drills in the top. nice separate snap bin in the top for drill bits plus nuts, bolts, electrical tape, pencil ect. The bottom is undivided and just a nice open tool box if you remove the top tote. Lets me set up the tote as a drill case that also fits my 20v impact wrench. Just big enough for projects with a nice long solid handle. I wasn't looking for a new toolbox but @ $25 it was a score.\n

I use it more for carrying regular tools, rather than cordless power tools - since these often come in their own carrying case. The top compartment can stow tools like drills, screw-driver bits etc. The lower compartment, which can be reached by pressing the yellow button on the middle of the front face (a bit of a hassle - remember to close the two latches on the top), can hold a lot of tools. I tend to fill it with "just in case" tools, which makes is rather heavy.\n

Two 3/8 inch drills and some accessories fit into one. I have a couple more for an angle grinder and saber saw.Meanwhile the tote sections is great for holding materials for each specific project.
