\n \n \n \n Rated 2 out of\n 5\n by\n sixfingers from\n Simple, effective ... and defective by design\n A reasonable saw for what you pay for; it gets the job done ... just don't expect to use it for many jobs. I returned it because it's unfixable without modifying the saw.\r\n\r\nI bought this and used it for one small tile job. The saw was adequate and the features worked adequately - except for the drain plug. I would get a replacement saw or just the part but the failure is due to the design:\r\n\r\n Each tiling job will require filling the sump with water and draining it at least once. To do so the sump plug needs to be inserted to fill the sump and extracted to drain the sump. Unfortunately the o-ring plug seal is designed incorrectly. The sump where the o-ring is inserted lacks a chamfer to guide the o-ring into the groove seat. Consequently the o-ring doesn't seat and extrudes. It takes multiple attempts and some helping tools to get the o-ring to seat. After multiple uses the o-ring will be sufficiently damaged that it will no longer seal and the sump won't hold water.\r\n\r\nReplacing the plug, o-ring and saw won't change the incorrect design for a feature that should be simple, predictable and reliable; a feature that is essential to a wet tile saw.\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 1 out of\n 5\n by\n Henry from\n Shipping\n The shipping was horrible. Store is 5 minutes from my house but the product was shipping from your warehouse in Calgary a few provinces away. They lost my package and I had to continuously call the ship company to verify if the package was found. I no longer do online shopping with Home Depot but use Lowe’s because they ship locally and I get my deliveries in days of purchase\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 1 out of\n 5\n by\n ToolJunkie from\n Guide bar not parallel with blade\n Very disappointed for being a Rigid tool. Guide bar mounts un-parallel with blade which I discovered after cutting 20 pieces only to find dimension on one end was different to the other end by 1/8". No way to adjust the free end of the bar. Also there is nothing provided to guide the tile when tilting the top to mitre the edges which also led to more tiles with different end dimensions. Lastly the aluminum top leaves marks on tile that will not come off. I have several Rigid tools and this experience has turned me off to the brand.\n

Getting tired of the pricing games HD plays with their products.\n
