\n \n \n \n Rated 5 out of\n 5\n by\n TheBurritoTuxedo from\n Yes, it leaks. All air hoses leak unless you use Teflon tape. Not just this one.\n I wish people would stop leaving bad reviews because the fittings leak. EVERY air hose I have ever used leaks until you put Teflon tape on the threads first, and then tighten it sufficiently. It's just how it is with air hoses. \n\nThe quality is as expected for the price. It probably won't last forever, but it works just fine for now. If I had paid $100 for this hose, I would be a little disappointed. But I paid $20, and I'm happy with it. All the fittings that it came with work perfectly as well (again...with Teflon tape), and I'm honestly really happy with the variety of fittings it came with , especially at this price point.\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 2 out of\n 5\n by\n My public name from\n Leaking plugs\n I bought this 14 piece kit to go with my newly purchased California Air Tools compressor thinking it would be a quality kit (I hate buying lower quality stuff than does not work proprely or breaks within a few usages). Well, I was wrong. First, there is no mention of California Air Tools on the kit, it was package in a white box without any brand or markings on the box or the parts. The main problem is the fit between the male and the female parts. I understand they need teflon tape for the screw-on ending but it's the connection between the plugs that leaks...a lot. The compressor (a small unit) as to compensate and the result is that's it's working half the time. The whole point of air compression is to have access to stored compressed air to be released at will through the accessory of your choice. A leaking system is not a good start. Will return and try another brand but they all are in the same price range and possibly from the same manufacturer by the look of thing. I would gladly pay more for a better quality product.\n
