Over years of RC model building, found that basic Lighter Fluid (applied in ventilated area) is best and evaporates fast. Over non-smooth surfaces outside, use an old toothbrush. And if this tape fails to hold objects, clean off all tape residues and now apply a light coat of medium CA or Gorilla glue to the new tapes. Hold in place (mask tape Gorilla glue). And don't expect decades of longevity for those outdoor applications exposed to elements of weather.\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 5 out of\n 5\n by\n bruce from\n incredibly strong use this on everything i want to get access to or for flexibility\n Dont listen to The guy below that saying Velcro is stronger than this stuff. If you have an easy pass most likely the fastener you’re using for it is this product. It’s super strong and I have put this on my walls and have been able to take it off without damaging it as long as you do it carefully. I’ve used this to hang pictures to damper surfaces. The thin board that you put on the back of an ikea book shelf, hanging security cameras from the ceiling. You name it, this product hasnt failed me yet. FYI velco has a product kinda similar but only one side has the teeth and the other side has the cotton like velco. That stuff doesnt hold. This stuff is patented thats why velco cant make it.\n

\n \n \n \n Rated 5 out of\n 5\n by\n Isketerol from\n Fantastic fastener with many uses\n This is a fantastic way to attach items where they're needed. It's fantastic for keeping things where they should be but being able to remove them for use or maintenance such as battery replacement as needed. Once you start using this product you'll find many additional uses for it. With this length you can cut the size of strip you need. The width also allows the strip to be cut in half readily for narrower strips.\n

No complaints so far and I do recommend this to friends and family as well. Its durable and the heat does not seem to affect it nor moisture, I am actually using it to hold dispensers within the shower walls and gets hammered in with water left and right and it holds perfectly tight. No signs of mold or moisture in it so far either. Well worth the price.\n

I applied the first and second side of the fasteners to the banner, got on the ladder and was able to take the backing off and apply the banner on the surface of the building in a wind, with a light rain, and get the banner straight and safely. The banner stayed on and has been through some major storms without coming loose. I even applied one to a cloth awning and it stayed on! I highly recommend this product for all you complicated fastening needs.\n
