I still need to upgrade the voltage to run this. It WILL work with the old current of the old tank water heater but it’s not really working up to its potential right now. Giving it 4 stars since I do not know the full effectiveness of the unit yet.\n

The eco lasted 2 years. A lot cheaper and and easier to put in than a gas tankless as long as you have enough circut breakers and can run the wires from the breaker box to the tankless heater. My Rheem heater is from China. Only time will tell how good it is. But for now it is great. I have a Rheem 27. It has 3 heating elements.\n

It was very easy to do. Hard about doing it was the breaker.you need 3x40 amp breaker’s, 8/2wire. And then the regular hose hook ups for the water.
