Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had it installed 2 hours ago - so far so good My brother (who builds high-end homes in the GTA) sent one of his best plumbers to install this. I'm a musician LOL, not exactly handy with this stuff. It's only been a couple of hours so far but there are no leaks from the faucet. The plumber's only beef is that he had to run to Home Depot to get an adapter for the hot and cold water lines under my sink as Moen didn't include them. Only $11.00 so no big deal but please be aware that you may need these adapters. The faucet looks beautiful. One of the reasons I bought a MOEN is because they are made in the U.S.A. - not China. Also, my last MOEN kitchen faucet died after 18 years so I got my money's worth out of that one. We'll see how long this one lasts. I may change this review after a year.

Manufacturer should have limited lifetime warranty. I would reach out to them for help to see if there is a change out.

No, it stays on until you choose another option (normal or pause-pause must be held to keep it paused) or turns off if you turn off the faucet. When you turn on the faucet again it's in normal mode until you change it to spray again. It's very powerful and works well for cleaning out the sink or spraying pans while they are sitting in the sink but beware it splatters a lot if you have the water turned all the way up. We LOVE ours and use regular mode most of the time.
