This kit came with everything including the kit including the gen cable. The only extra purchase would be the 10/3 cable to connect it to the connection box which is located outside the house.

Yes. Breakers as listed. Breakers can be easily replaced with GE one inch breakers. I swapped the 20amps with 1-15amp double and 2-15amp single.

There would be no reason why the furnace fan could not be hooked up to this? No reason for it to have it's own separate switch?

A furnace fan is one of the most common applications for one of the circuits on this transfer switch. There is no reason to have a separate transfer switch for the furnace.

Hello.... will this product work with an existing main fuse box in the house? or does the main panel have to be breakers?

How power generator's neutral wire is going to be connected to electric box? It looks like it connects to electric box without any breakers.

Neutral doesn’t require a breaker. Just connect to the white wire supplied in the transfer box.
