Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Performance, Quiet and Convenient I have a large city lot with leaves from maple, birch and willow trees accumulating on it in the Fall. This blower has lots of power, as much or more (on turbo) than my old corded blower. It is much more convenient not having to deal with a cord. I find a charge lasts 30 - 45 minutes of varied use. Turbo will drain it more quickly. I already had two batteries and a separate charger that came with my Ryobi lawnmower and as a result I was never without power as I started recharging the batteries as soon as they were drained. The variable speed is handy for blowing the leaves where you want them. The cruise control is handy to hold a certain speed. It is far quieter than the gas blowers in the neighbourhood. A neighbour actually thanked me for purchasing it. It is also quieter than my old corded blower. The backpack with three batteries is just over 25 pounds. This doesn't sound like a lot but I found it a bit awkward to use and ended up just using a battery directly on the blower most of the time. I was right at the house so it only took a minute to change the battery. There is a downside of using the battery directly on the blower though - when I hold the blower comfortably, it is balanced parallel to the ground, rather than at an angle with the nozzle pointing down. It put a bit of stress on my hand and wrist to hold it at the proper angle, unless I put my hand right to the back of the handle and just had the tip of my finger on the trigger. Having an extra handhold at the end of the blower by the battery so you could use two hands some of the time would help alleviate this. This is the reason I rated the blower four stars instead of five. Overall I recommend this blower. Performance is great, no gas or oil with hard starting engines, no cord and much quieter than other blowers.

Can I use it as snow blower

I used it for the snow fall we just had/ are having here in Calgary, cleaned up my sidewalk pretty well. Works amazing with the fluffy snow. I really recommend it.
