I'm also extremely happy that Home Depot sells them for almost half the price of everyone else even the membership store. I will definitely be buying more of these if they are still the same price. Home Depot should address the info mismatch, but I can tell you that I absolutely love this product. I add it to one side of my electrostatic air filter and it traps a ton!! This package gives 6 uses when cut to the size of my unit (16X24). I have virtually no dust at all in my house — as soon as I notice any it’s time to switch the filter-- roughly 8 weeks.

Are these filters UV resistant? Can they be mounted near a UV light?

Hi, thank you for your question. No. If you are having a UV light installed into your system, the light should not be able to reach this filter. If you have a UV light already installed and it is near the filter intake, we do not recommend using Filtrete Filters.
