The high qualityLEDs have an extremely long 50,000 hours average life and protected by tempered glass..This floodlight emits 1400 lumens, and its colour temperature is Medium white - 3,000K.

What is the range on the motion sensor?

Hi The light motion sensor covers a distance of 12 metres / 40 feet. The sensor is adjustable and 180 degree sensing angle. 1. Sensor ha s a 40 second warm up period before it will detect motion 2. Objects that change temperature rapidly ,such as heating vents and air conditioners can cause sensor to turn on. 3. If fixture is mounted higher than 8 ft.(2.4m).aiming the sensor down will reduce coverage distance 4. Set the amount of TIME you want the lights to stay on after motion is detected (1 to 5 minutes). For Photocell Nearby large light-colored objects reflecting light may trigger the shut-off feature of photo cell.

It can detect up to 40-ft, but outside temperature and installation height (8-10-ft is the desired install height for best performance) affect the detection range.

Yes, it can be mounted under a soffit. However, the higher the fixture is mounted, the less accurate the motion sensor will be.

In motion mode, the light can still be triggered to come on. However, it will only stay on for as long as the user programs (6 seconds to 6 minutes).
