The Advantage ADV135KH Mini Electric Tankless Water Heater provides a Point-of-Use hot water solution utilizing a patented heating technology that offers instant hot water on demand. Our Mini Electric Tankless units are ideal for Point-of-Use hand washing with applications such as sinks in bathrooms, offices, warehouses, cottages, trailers and restaurants. Instant Point-of-Use water heating means no pre-heating or stand-by heat loss, saves energy and reduces water-heating costs by up to 50%. Our Advantage ADV135KH is a 120V/3.5KW/60Hz Point-of-Use pre-wired water heater that is easy to install as it simply plugs into a 120V outlet (min required 30 Amp breaker) and uses National Pipe Thread NPT standard fittings. Our units are efficient and economical and offer multiple residential and commercial applications.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hot, with reduced flow Unfortunately, the only way to get hot water is to reduce the flow to a point where there is not much pressure in the faucet. I would not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Two units purchased for offices Paid electrician to install 30 amp breaker (very expensive). Installed without too much trouble. After one week, both office tenants told me how unhappy they were with units. Had to wait much too long for warm (not hot) water and water quickly cooled off if they opened the tap too much (to increase water flow). Both tenants asked me to install what they had before - small tank units (2.5 gal), which I did, because they are good tenants. The tankless units were a very expensive experiment. I could not return them to Home Depot because they had been used for two weeks. I hope this review prevents someone else from making the same mistake. Maybe they would be ok in a garage where only a tiny amount of warm water is needed for a quick washup (if you don't have to install a 30 amp breaker)

need to know does this tankless water heater needs venting like other or we just plug it in.

Just plug it in . But I no longer use it because it didn’t heat properly . I have other brands of tankless water heater’s and they work fine. I replaced it with a 2.5 gallon mini heater and it works great

JUST WANT TO KNOW IF THIS UNIT IS GOOD FOR SHOWER USE AS WELL

Its supposed to go up too 55 Celsius at 1.8l/min, so that flow mixed with reg water will make a decently warm shower, but probably not HOT
