Poor quality control by manufacturer and perhaps bad material handling... absolutely unacceptable and a great waste of installation time and money.

I have in-floor radiant heating (hot water running through pipes in the concrete slab). There is currently linoleum on the floor. Can I put this flooring overtop my old lino and the radiant heating? Thank you

Thank you for your question. This flooring is suitable over radiant heat only if these requirements are met: Electric and Hydro systems are acceptable. Subfloors should have been operational for at least one week prior to installation to calibrate temperature settings. The temperature should never exceed 85F (30C) during and after installation. Radiant components must be a minimum of ½" below allure flooring.
