Rated 3 out of 5 by from good value, but has flaws This faucet was easy to install; instructions were clear. The valve handle feels solid and smooth. It has been with us for only 2 months; its durability is now unknown. So far, we think the faucet has three flaws. 1. When in stream mode, water sprays out to the sides far enough so the person at the sink will get wet if there for several minutes, i.e. when washing several pots, or vegetables. 2. The hose is stiff enough so that it moves the spigot. The spigot will not stay where you put it when set to left side of sink. 3. The sprayer handle is made of plastic (to reduce cost?) and feels insubstantial.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent faucet but kind of pricey Pros: - Good looks - Works well with good pressure - Easy movement Cons: - Limited spout movement; less than 180 degress so you can't reach the entire sink side to side - Low spout height so you may hit objects on spout when remove them from the sink. - Spout movement squeaked, but this was solved by spraying dry lubricant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed in just over 2 years Installed in the winter of 2017/18, it apparently has a clogged aerator (easily fixable) and a broken uptake valve (not so easily fixable). I am contacting American Standard about the warranty, which apparently is for the lifetime of the faucet.

My faucet is three years old. All of a sudden I can't get the handle to go to the left to connect to the hot water. I only get cold water and the lines are fine.

You have what we call a frozen cartridge, you would need to replace the cartridge. This typically happens from mineral deposits obstructing the cartridge.

The sprayers are all plastic. They would be too heavy if they were metal and could drop into the sink, chipping it.

How do I remove the water hose from the sprayer handle? I have the arch model and the handle part # is M953173-002-220A.

The hose and the sprayer are integral. They are not designed to come away from each other.

My spicket is very loose at the base. I loosened the set screw on handle and it fell into the handle assembly. Now what do I do to get the handle off to see what the problem may be ?

If the set screw was completely out of the hole the handle assembly should lift up and off now allowing you to look at the faucet.

4101-100-075 : I want to purchase this model, but what does it mean (GPM) it states "low flow rate setting 1.5 gpm. and another part of the specs. it states 2.2 pm. Is there anything I would have to do to acquire the 2.2 gpm ? Thanks

2.2 gpm/8.3L/min. maximum flow rate. We are not sure of where you see the 1.5gm.

You can change the spray assembly. That part would be M953173-YYY220A. Unless you live in CA, TX, FL or any state that has the water law in effect.
