Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love the look but not all the issues We mirror every comment and issue that others have said before us. From the poor stream, to the handles turning to the drain not working properly. We had it installed professionally by a very good plumber and it has been nothing but a very expensive disappointment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointment I love the look of this faucet and bought 2 for master bath. They've been in use less than 2 years and I had to call plumber out because diminishing water pressure in one sink and finally no water at all. Plumber said it's calcium buildup. Second fixture is doing same but still has a little water coming out. We live in Austin with not particularly hard water. No other fixtures in our home are having this issue, even those getting much more use. Also, something is wrong with the handle. It squeaks when you turn it and is getting harder and harder to turn. I suspect a rubber washer or something is dislodged and is getting more and more twisted where the handle pivots.

I installed this faucet last year, I love the look, however the water pressure is very weak. I have cleaned the aerator, this did not help. Any suggestions, or is this normal because the narrow opening?

Asked by: Helshonda
Helshonda, The narrow opening of this faucet does not allow as much water to come out as a typical aerator does. Sincerely, your American Standard Consumer Connection Team

I have 2 Berwick faucets in my master bath.  They are about 3 years old.  One faucet seems to have far lower water pressure than the other.  The other faucet seems to have loosened at the swivel base and visibly tilts a bit when the water is turned on.

A have two of these Berwick faucets with one having same low flow from either the hot or cold valves. The spout lifts up slightly when I turn on the water. These facts indicate that the issue is in the spout itself. Please instruct me on how to correct

how do I remove the aerator to clean it?

Asked by: TimShell
There is a screw on the back of the spout that has to be removed to get to the aerator. You will need an allen wrench to do so.

we have had a Berwick faucet set installed by a plumber who has done work for us for years( he recommended American Standard ) and we went with it. The handles both move slightly before the water actually flows and the supply house tells us this is normal

Asked by: Dave7064
If it is just the smallest movement before the water flows that wouldn't be an issue.
