Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy installation The angle of the toilet handle makes replacing these a regular occurrence. That said, these are pretty easy to install and relatively inexpensive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap, flimsy, breaks easily Toilet handle looks nice and sleek in contemporary bathroom. Actual use of item means frequent repairs. The plastic handle cannot take the force of regular, daily use and cracks quickly under pressure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it works As the summary states, it just works. No training needed to install. If you can ooen your toilet tank and tighten a bolt, you can do this

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did the job with no fuss The product was not in store after four trips I went to American Standerd web page, they found the product and told me to order on line at Home Depot which I did. The only think was It took seven days to get here. I have ordered 1 more to have it onhand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fits perfectly FYI, all of the parts are plastic, which may be good because then it won't rust or corrode. The polished chrome part is plastic too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was told by American Standard that this was the part # which I needed. It is the wrong part. The part number was given to me by the American Standard company directly. I was told I could order it from Home Depot. It is the wrong part. The flush component crosses the ball lever and makes it very hard to flush. I am upset that I was given the wrong information. and spent over $13 for a part that is incorrect. I will have to pay again to get the correct part, But will not trust that the company will give me the correct part number
