Rated 2 out of 5 by from Chatfield tub and shower set got this as a test sample, surprisingly the overall finishing and quality is not typical "American Standard" brand, the spout, trim and shower head are made with flimsy plastic with chrome finish. The spout is rather skinny look, quite different from the traditional American Standard items. Problem with these plastic finish is hard water build up calcium and cleaning will easily scratch them, difficult to maintain the "bright" look. The control cartridge is made in Mexico, not USA. overall comment is - this is a tub and shower set ideal for house selling or rental house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WELL BUILT, AESTHETIC,SAVES WATER/EPA CERTIFIED! Great quality from American Standard, who are literally the standard in the industry. This 3 piece set is classy and pops yet does not over do it. It is useable in a variety of different bath tub/shower setups. The chrome looks great and does not look cheap. The shower head conserves water which helps save the environment along with save a lot of money on water bills, it has EPA certification. It comes with a lifetime warranty! TL:DR: 5 Stars, quality, great warranty, saves on your water bills and LOOKS GREAT. You can't go wrong with this American Standard product from Home Depot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOOKS GREAT Finally got around to getting it installed, and I am glad I did. It looks great and went in like nothing. It was a nice upgrade for an older bathroom. The change-over was straight forward and the quality of the fixture is great. There were no issues with swapping out the old fixtures for this new unit and the finish of the new fixtures really looks great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Impossible to get warranty Purchased this set a few months ago. Just got to installing it. Pressure balancing cartridge inside the unit is cracked and leaked inside the wall. Cannot get through to warranty, Spent over an hour on hold.... American Standard quality is very poor these days. Purchased 3 toilets and one bath faucet for our new house. Only one out of the 4 products didn't need replacement parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid construction This faucet is well built. The handles feels heavy when you grab it and it stops at each setting firmly. Cartridge seems robust for a faucet of this price point. It was fairly easy to install without looking at the instructions. The diverter is straight forward and doesn't have many moving parts just a solid brass diverter. The trim kit was easy to insta after tile and the finished product works and looks great.
