Chrome looks great and has a water repelling surface. Only one con. There is a noise that happens when you turn on the hot or cold handles. I feel it is the water moving from the spout to the hose for the sprayer. It sounds like a thump. This only happens when you first load water to the sprayer. After that it makes no sound.

Compared to the one I replaced it felt heavier, more solid. My wife is very happy with the stainless steel look as she doesn't like chrome style. I have a summer camp which also needs a new kitchen faucet and we will most likely by another one of these.

This faucet looks really nice, it was a considerable upgrade from the previous two faucets that were used for several years, and it was the only one that wouldn't accept the existing water source plumbing. I returned it and reinstalled the old faucet.

I have a kitchen faucet with part number 4275.501.F15 (Colony Soft Kitchen Faucet w/ sidespray) for about two years. A few weeks ago, the faucet started to have diminished water flow for both hot and cold water. There is no leak though. I have cleaned aerator with no effect. I wonder if you can give me some suggestions on what might be wrong and how to fix it.

First check that aerator is clean, If the aerator has no restrictions, there may be a restriction in the area of the diverter.

Can you get a 4" wrist contol handle for this faucet?

The wrist blade handles are not an available option on this faucet. However, the Heritage Kitchen faucet line offers the wristblade handles [ http://www.americanstandard-us.com/commercial-kitchen-faucets/heritage-kitchen-faucet/ ]. These are used more for a commercial application.

My mother in law has one of these and it leaks at the base of the spout. The part named "bearing", which just looks like a plastic washer cracked and fell out, but I think the o-rings inside are bad. Could the diverter also need replacing? I drove to three different plumbing supply stores and no one had the parts. It has a warranty, but my mother in law doesn't have the original sales receipt. Are the o-rings sold individually or as a set of three as shown in the parts diagram. How can I get parts for this? And which ones do I need? It's only a couple years old.
