The plumber who was to install it said it looked like it had been taken off of a display and thrown in the box. I returned it for a full refund. The store employeess were very understanding and promptly and kindly refunded my money.

I need a tub faucet that extends at least 9 inches from the base to reach over the tub. Will the Am Std T980.732.099 do that?

Hello this is Tangelo from the Home Depot Community! Based on the Spec sheet (link below) the faucet extends 8-7/16" from the center of the hole of the base to the where the water comes out.
