Rated 1 out of 5 by from LOOKS GREAT BUT CONSTANTLY BREAKING I loved the look of this faucet and paid above average for a kitchen faucet but for the American standard name I thought it would be worth it. Although I still love the look it has constantly had some component break. I am going to try and basically rebuild it again 2nd time to get a functioning faucet. Unacceptable for the price paid there is an expectation of quality that is not being met.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking, easy install, some minor issues So far so good. Easy to install and love the look. The plastic piece that clips the spray nozzle into place slides up often so I’m thinkings that’s going to break easily. Might look at gluing it in place. Also the soft button to turn the spray from stream to spray is either now working properly or is finicky. It turns to spray no problem but turning it back to full stream doesn’t happen easily. Mostly it’s on half/half which is annoying. I see from other reviews that this is a common issue. Pricy piece for inconveniences. Have only been using it for a week. So we shall see.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sub standard We have lived with this faucet for three years now and it is sub standard quality in my opinion. The plastic piece on the faucet folder has worn away and needs to be replaced and the faucet holder is too short making it difficult to wash dishes because the edge of the sink is too close to the faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looks good, leaking issues Purchased about 3 years ago. Ave household use. spout pipe keeps loosening up and now a fair bit of water is welling up from the top of the spout pipe. I like the way it looks and works but disappointed with the leaking and how the spout pipe keeps loosening up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful faucet Faucet literally has snapped and corroded in half after 10 years. We have taps that are 40 years old and still working. 650$+ I expect it to last a heck of a lot longer. Dont even have the warranty or anything so out a lot of money for not even mediocre faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warranty The tap worked great for a while then the nozzle wouldn’t go from spray to stream. So I called the company and was told they would send me a new one! It hasn’t arrived yet but because of xmas I suppose it will be delayed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mounting sheared off! After 18 months of use, the swivel mount sheared off! Metal just warped and snapped.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was great... till it wasn't... We purchased this unit a few years ago for use in our kitchen, and had it professionally installed by a commercial residential plumber. Starting a couple of months ago, it developed a little bit of an ongoing drip. That minor drip has now progressed to the point where it releases around a cup of water per hour. The challenge, is that after reading the installation and trouble shooting manual for the product, I can't tell if it's merely the replacement of the two o-rings at the end of the ceramic cartridge that need to be replaced, or the entire cartridge. Additionally, though it tells you how to access and replace the cartridge, it doesn't mention if you need to shut off the water when replacing the cartridge. I'm assuming that would be a necessity, as it's the only thing holding back the flow of water through the faucet. Given the price of this faucet, I was expecting more than a couple of years of use before it would begin to fail... especially given the product description that talks about a "lifetime" of functionality without drips. I guess we have a different interpretation of what a lifetime consists of, but I'm willing to bet that most people would consider a lifetime to be more than a couple of years. I was initially thrilled with the faucet as it looked and functioned very nicely, but that boat has sailed and now I'm having buyer's remorse.
