Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great toilet, but not level??? My husband installed the Tofino toilet. Looks great and works great, but when I sit on it I feel like I am sliding off one side. I used a level to check the bowl and it is off. I then checked the floor, but it is level. The toilet appears to be sitting sight to the flooring. I don't want to add shims and then have a gap under it as part of my reason for choosing this toilet was to make it easier to clean! Did we get a defectives toilet or is there a way to fix it?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Working well Replaced three old toilets with the AS Tofino. Looks very good as a one piece design. Flushing is great and washing away everything with a single flush. Toilet is nearly 16.5" high with the seat. Almost an inch higher than the old Standard Height toilet. The seat is really not great as it slides and move about on the toilet rim while seated. Now Wonder how long before the pin will break. Overall, like this toilet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Colour is off For the price of this toilet they need to get the colour right. Sat in the garage for 5 months till renos were done. Once installed we noticed its nit white. More off-white almost almond. Dissappointed!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water level issue After a flush the water level fills to the required level in the bowl ,the tank fills and the water in the bowl slowly lowers to a level that does not allow solid waste to land in the water as expected. The result is a mess left in the dry parts of the bowl.

Can a bidet attachment be installed on this toilet?

To install a bidet attachment, you need to remove the seat, which is very difficult in this toilet. you need to enter your hand in a very tight opening to unscrew the seat. This was a big pain point for us and still, remains.

We have two of these toilets. They do not have insulated tanks, however, in over 5 years of use and a humid climate, we have not experienced any "sweating".
