The bar is 18inches long which is long enough to fit a standard towel. I have used a wet cloth to clean this towel bar and no rust has appeared and none of the coloring has come off. This bar has no imperfections that I can see. I like that there is a warranty on Amerock bathroom accessories. Amerock tells you exactly which of their products would look good together to complete an updated bathroom. This makes it very easy for me to purchase these accessories as I would like to update my bathroom this year.

I started with standard builder fixtures that honestly didn't hold up well to moisture that you find in, you know, bathrooms! This one is so unique. The gold finish and square design are modern and attractive. The bar holds up even under heavy weight and there isn't a hint of discoloration from moisture. I'm so pleased.

It is very good quality and you can feel it in the weight of the knob. Easy to install and came with 2 different sized screws. I'm getting ready to re-do my kitchen and bath and these are the knobs I am planning on using.
