would this be ok to use for a bathroom floor? thanks

Note that pllished tiles are suitable for a bathroom floor, but not inside the shower enclosure. Use floor mats to shower entries to prevent issues with standing water. As to cleanbility, black is always more of a challenge then a lighter colored tile, however being porcelain it can be eaily vacuumed or wiped clean on a regular basis.

Is this okay to use for fireplace tile?

This marble can be used on the fire surround, but not within a firebox. Marble is considered heat resistant, and consider sealing if this is a wood burning application

Is there grout used in the picture shown? If so what colour is used with this tile?

Grout is always needed with any tile install. For this product, being a marble, it is best to match the grout color as close as possible to the marble color to avoid possible staining. Seal the stone before grouting, use unsanded grout, then seal again.

Someone said they used this mosaic tile for a shower floor and that is what I want to do.  You have never found this wet tile to be slippery?

We used the tile in our guest bathroom. While we dont use the bathroom ourselves, we haven’t received any complaints about slippery floors from our guests.
