Rated 5 out of 5 by from Angelo Decor Pond Liner When I opened the box and carefully spread the liner out on the lawn I was disappointed to find a huge seam running the entire width of product and numerous footprints over the surface. I decided to install the liner anyway only to find out the next morning that I have lost a significant amount of water. I have successfully used this product before but must say that I am extremely disappointing this time. I would like to complement Angelo Decor for exemplary customer service. After speaking with their customer support department about this particular situation, they took immediate action to resolve and expedite a replacement liner. I must also add that I was completely caught off guard by there willingness to resolve the issue with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Would I deal with them again in the future? Without question!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from air bubble and got inflation i bought this liner last year around July 2018 when i built my pond, the top area exposed to sunlight now got inflated like a air balloon inside, i am wondering if this is under warranty. --- i somehow could not find my receipt and might need Homedepot customer service to help search it up.

Does this product have a seam down the middle, as some of the reviews say there is?

Some of our PVC liners have a machine sealed seam, depending on their finished size. These machine pressed seams will not impact the integrity of the liner as reflected by the predominantly 5-Star reviews this item has received since we first introduced it in 2010.

Is this 45mil?

This liner is not 45 mil in thickness, 45 mil thickness is more common with EPDM materials. This particular liner is a reinforced PVC material. The unique way in which this material is formed allows is to less than half the thickness of EPDM at 14.5 mil thickness.
