Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE my new Enzzi First be prepared to be frustrated if you DIY the install or just bite the bullet and hire a pro. I did it myself and everything runs smooth until you have to line up those bolts. then trying to reach in and tightnen them good luck. A ratchet box wrench did the trick I did it on my own and that may have been the issue. Other than that. The toilet is perfect. Functions exactly as advertised and It was worth all the tears putting it in. I wish I would have bought it sooner. IF your thinking about it just do it! its a beautiful toilet and functions perfectly. The fine print had me laughing though. Do not use while sleepy? That's new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't certain I needed this, but it turns out I do. I was also under the impression that installing a bidet was difficult and required a lot of prep work. This one did not. The install was nearly as simple as the install of a standard toilet with a few minor differences. The size and spacing from flange to wall was the same, and same bolts and wax ring, but did require a special valve fitting. While this was included, my copper pipe used a feral and this needed a threaded end so a trip to the store to get a shark bite fitting made that quick and easy. The only other unexpected bit was that the bidet needs electricity so you will need an outlet nearby, preferably somewhere low and behind the toilet. While that was a bit of an issue, what made up for it was that it didn't need a separate hot water line. The bidet heats the water internally and does so, very well. As for function, it does exactly what its supposed to do. Has loads of buttons and options to get it dialed in to your liking. Nice little touches like the nightlight, heated seat, auto sensing flush, all help to make this premium product feel very much worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality, stylish, high efficiency bidet toilet but BEWARE the retrofit! I installed this toilet in my powder room and replaced a conventional toilet with a heated bidet seat that I added a while back. First, I'll address the toilets features. It has everything you can ask for in a bidet toilet: warm water cleaning with adjustments for pressure, positioning if the nozzle, and water temperature; heated seat and air drying both with adjustable temperature; and even a deodorizing function; and it has water saving features as well. Once this toilet is installed, it's as nice as they come! However, the install was a bit of a challenge. This is a tankless toilet which adds to its stylish appearance and low water usage but it requires a much larger supply line and supply valve. Fortunately, the valve is included but in my case, my existing 3/8" valve was connected directly to 1/2" CPVC tubing that came through the wall too high and too close to the centerline of the waste flange. which did not allow room to mount the toilet on the flange. Even if the supply line was in an acceptable position, mounting the new valve to a poorly supported piece of tubing was not acceptable, The valve needs to be mounted to a well supported 1/2" pipe stub located at least 7.5' to the left of the toilet flange centerline and less than 6" off the floor. I was lucky in that my power room is located above my unfinished basement shop so it was not too hard to relocate the supply valve; extra work but not something I could not handle. So if this toilet is for a full renovation or new build, make sure your plumber has the right information But if for a simple replacement, check location of flange and supply line before you purchase.......and don't forget you need an outlet close by as well since this, as with all heated bidets, needs to be plugged in! There was one other issue with the supplied valve that I should mention. The thread pitch is the same as 1/2" pipe but it is a straight thread. A female adapter was included with instructions to use 13 - 15 wraps of Teflon tape on the valve and pipe stub which is NOT how Teflon tape is supposed to be used! I followed instructions but also added a rubber washer (similar to what is found on a garden hose) between the end of the valve and pipe stub threads for added leak protection. This is the main reason why my rating is only 4 stars because, other than that, this seems like a great product - although I only finished installing and putting to use today.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from DIYer Good quality and features. NOTE: the supplied water connection/filter/regulator requires a 1/2 NPT male connection. Your U.S. toilet supply is likely a 3/8 FPT (Female). You will need a 1/2" Female to 3/8" male adapter part to connect to Annzi's supply stop. THE PROBLEM is their supply stop will require ALLOT of plumbers tape to connect, so much so that their installation instructions recommend 13-15 turns (!). Annzi should source a supply stop that fits correctly. minus one star

I should have checked the specs to make sure I was ready for installation. GFCI outlet? Check! (note that there’s also one built into the cord’s plug). Flange distance from wall? Check! Water supply coming out of wall? Nope… Our water supply line comes up from the floor. I thought it may be an issue for the water filter, but according to customer service as long as the water supply line reaches, it’s fine. Phew! Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to install it now that I’ve learned it can work… and in the meantime we’ve decided to move around the toilets we have to different bathrooms. So I’ll keep this review focused on why I chose Anzzi’s Envo Aura smart toilet and bidet. Simply put, it has all the features I was looking for. If there is such a thing as bathroom “tech,” this thing fits the bill. While it’s called a “smart” bidet, just note that you can’t control it from a phone. My baseline expectations for features were that of a rather fancy bidet seat attachment (we have one of those too). At a minimum I wanted heated seat with adjustable temperature, different temperature warm water posterior and feminine washes, oscillating front to back head, before and after self cleaning nozzle, adjustable warm air blow dry, in seat sensor, power save mode, night light, and soft close lid. In addition to those features, this model also has 4 ways to flush (auto flush, foot sensor, remote control, and manual), 3 in 1 nozzle with a child’s wash, deodorizer (runs during and then for 1.5 minutes after leaving seat), moving dryer outlet, and battery backup. Everything is selected using the remote control although there are basic features on the toilet's side control dial .Two minutes of washing per button press is the right amount of time in my experience, and while the marketing says “hands free,” you still need to handle the remote... It’s not a voice activated remote. :) Nowhere in the manual does it say whether you can sit on the lid, but what I know about plastic lids and seats (and I’ve had many), they will get scratched. Whether it’s from pets or the grommets of jeans, scratches will happen. To be safe I won’t be sitting on the lid to clip my toenails. A few other things… I considered putting this in a half bath, but given I’d have to place it adjacent to a small sink, I decided to put it in a bathroom with less possibility of water splashing on the electronics. And lastly, measuring from the floor to top of the seat (not lid) measures approximately 16”, which is standard; however, I’m tall. I’ve gotten used to a slightly taller toilet seat with a bidet attachment (18.5”). I’ll be curious to see if I experience any back strain from sitting lower. Overall I’m really excited to put this thing to work once we sort out the logistics of which bathroom it should be in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really a great bidet toilet This is really a great bidet toilet. Aside from doing everything it's supposed to do and doing it well, I have had it in place for three months now and have used it multiple times daily, and never had to clean it. I don't know what kind of finish they put on the ceramic, but nothing, absolutely nothing, sticks to it. Installation was very easy, by the way, but the instructions are not correct. There are four screws that need to be removed, not two, in order to get the innards out of the way exposing the inside so that access was available to the bolt holes and installation can proceed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love our ANZZI ENVO Aura Elongated Smart Bidet Toilet... We love our ANZZI ENVO Aura Elongated Smart Bidet Toilet the amount of functions... the Warmed Water... the Warmed seat! We do wish that there was a more comprehensive manual that explained the functions better.. we had to sit for 20 minutes to figure out the functions. The installation was pretty simple, Although the supplied adapter did leak and it took a lot of Teflon tape to get it to stop as the threads are fully bottomed out. I will be monitoring this connection. We have had this installed for about a month but so far, we enjoy it fully.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from never buy this It’s an awful dream to buy this toilet. It’s not because of the toilet itself, i understand every product might have some problem sometimes. But what I can’t bear is their aftersale service. I report the problem for at least for two weeks, during these days, they responce slowly, and keep asking me to do the test! I find two different labor to do the test , the result shows the same! I told them and they keep asking the same thing! That drives me crazy! I buy toilet here because I trust home depot, but now, I just wondering do home depot know this bad aftersale service?

The sudden close of the water valve afete every flush creates a water hammer, which is going to be a huge issue for the water lines. How do i prevent this ?Is there a way to close the valve gradually ?

When flushing, the toilet does not longer push water from the bottom of the toilet bowl. Now it only comes from above. Before it was from top and bottom. The bottom was like a jet pressure. Does anyone had that problem.

Asked by: Fernanda
I just started having this exact problem! Flushing is no longer as strong either.

My plumber wont inatall this bidet, he needs documentation or specification that a backflow prevention decide is build it

I read the specs online and It does not specify anything regarding backflow prevention. Please confirm if such device is built in or not? I might seek a return if it does not pass plumbing code. Thanks, Ivan

No, use the outhouse. As a matter of fact I would recommend people asking questions like this to just stick to the simple things (like an outhouse). Why make your life difficult with such a complicated machinery lol

I keep having a small leak from under the toilet. Had a plumber repair it and a few months later it?s back. Is it possible there?s a faulty fitting somewhere?

Asked by: Scotty
If your leak is coming from UNDER your toilet the problem is unlikely to be the water supply/lack of plumbing tape as suggested by Anzzi?s response. It would seem to be an issue with the toilet flange and wax ring. Is your toilet level?
